The hotel staff are honest. My mom forget her wallet at the room when we went out in the morning and we came back at night with the wallet still in the place where she left it. She was worried the whole time but we can’t go back sooner or even call the hotel. Anyways, the wallet is there and my mom is really happy. Thank you so much. My mom is at room 541. Please extend our thanks to the staff in charge of cleaning the room. We are so grateful to her. 🥰

The location is perfect (1 min walk to the metro station), they gave us a free room upgrade which is awesome. View from the room is nice, and the room is spacious. Have everything you need.

There was a lot of space in the room for us to open our luggage, toilets were very clean too!

The location is excellent - eatery, supermarket n shopping are just downstairs and across the street - Prince Edward MTR station is about 50m away - a small bakery shop cum cafe is available at the hotel lobby, serving light hot meal also - Room is clean, housekeeping team are helpful and friendly

The staff are very proactive and polite. Also very helpful The hotel room was cleaned up every day and top-up bottled drinks. The hotel room is bigger than the other hotel.

Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice. Very convenient for us since we had just come from mainland on bus and was dropped off just around the corner from facility.

Perfect location, 3 mins walk from Prince Edward MTR Station (Metro) Exit C (with staircase) and 6 mins walk from Exit E (with Elevator from underground Metro Station). Many many local café or restaurants nearby. 2 mins walk to 24-hour convenience shop 7-11. 3 mins walk to Wellcome supermarket. Inside the room is spotless clean. Very quiet, even under heavy rain, I haven't heard any rain sound outside. The curtain is great to stop all sunlight from outside, very good sleep. The quilt is wonderful, very soft and fluffy to hug. The mattress is comfortable for my backbone. One harder and one softer pillows for each bed. Bathroom, although there's no bathtub, the shower is good with hand shower head and the room is very clean, perfect hot water, perfect drainage. The air-conditioning is wonderful, cool enough and fresh. No unwanted smell.
